Jennifer - Scheduling and Financial Coordinator

Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I'm one of the friendly faces you'll see at the front desk at the office. I have been a dental receptionist for the past nine years, and joined Dr. Chow's team in 2011 as a scheduling and financial coordinator. I love what I do, especially getting to know all of our wonderful patients and seeing their smiles transform.

When I'm not at the office, you will find me spending time with my fiance Mark and my son Ewan, running, or down at Starbucks!

Sarah - Certified Orthodontic Assistant and New Patient Coordinator

Hi there, my name is Sarah! I am the newest orthodontic assistant to join Dr. Chow's fantastic team. I may be one of the first people you will meet with as your New Patient Coordinator, and will work with you as you progress through your treatment to create a beautiful smile. I have enjoyed working in the orthodontic field for the last 16 years. I thought that it was the best career choice for me since I come from a family where everyone has worn braces!

Outside of the office you can spot me at the local gym or perhaps the park or ice rink with my husband, Clay, and our two kids, Elle and Ethan.

Erin - Certified Orthodontic Assistant and New Patient Coordinator

Aloha! I'm Erin and have recently joined the fabulous team @ Panorama as both a clinical assistant and a new patient coordinator. I bring 18 years of ortho experience with me and still love what we do!

When I'm away from the office, you'll find me spending time with friends and family, wrenching on one of my vintage VW Beetles, backpacking, or laying in the sun with a good book.

Carly - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Hi, I'm Carly and I joined the Panorama Orthodontics team in 2011. I graduated from Vancouver Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2011, and obtained my orthodontic module thereafter. I am relatively new to the orthodontic scene and I'm really enjoying it!

Outside of work, I love to hike with my dog, workout, spend time with friends and family, and love to get away and relax in the sun on a beach somewhere. I am currently on maternity leave, and return in the fall of 2015.
